If you have purchased a Pixaero teleprompter, you will find a gift card with a promo code for subscription activation included in the package. The subscription duration and level depend on the model of your teleprompter.
If you received a promo code after purchasing an annual subscription on the pixaero.pro website or through another method, skip the first step in the instructions below.

1. Scratch off the protective layer on the card to reveal the promo code.

4. Enter the promo code characters in the Activate Promo Code field and click Activate.
Be careful when entering the characters. If the promo code is entered incorrectly 10 times, the system will require you to wait 30 minutes before allowing further attempts.

Next, the system will inform you about the activation result:

- "Promo code successfully activated!" – activation completed successfully;
- "Invalid promo code" – carefully re-enter the promo code;
- "This promo code has already been activated" – you have likely activated this promo code earlier.

- log in and go to the Subscriptions tab in the lower-right corner of the screen,
- if the subscription is active, you will see the status Active next to the selected plan and the subscription expiration date.
