How to Request a Refund for a Subscription
Sign in to the website reportaproblem.apple.com.
Click the I would like to” field, then select “Request a refund.
Choose the reason you want to request a refund and click Next.
Select the app or subscription, then click Submit.

Send an email to support@pixaero.pro stating the reason why you wish to request a refund, along with the email address linked to your account.
